In the broadest sense, this division is focused on providing an outstanding service to existing clients, as well as build relationships with prospective clients and develop sales. It’s their aim to build up a thorough understanding of the markets in which we operate, and then develop the kind of products that will attract and benefit the right kind of customers. Plus, of course, we have to communicate these benefits to the target audiences; so, here, we’ll also be involved in producing materials including literature, advertising, web, press and direct mail, over a range of media.
