Strategy Benchmark Target Fund Manager Objective
Direct Real Estate Strategy 90% IPD 10% cash - Gerry Ferguson We can offer investors an investment strategy that gives them access to direct property. This strategy provides direct real estate investment in office, retail and industrial sectors, and aims to provide investors with a total return consistent with a balanced commercial property portfolio by investing in UK, US or continental European commercial property.
Indirect Real Estate Strategy - - - We offer a range of indirect property strategies that offer investors greater flexibility in asset allocation and access to property markets outside the UK. There are three separate strategies investors can choose from: UK Real Estate, European Real Estate and Global Real Estate.

Our newly-formed property securities team manages these strategies. The team brings together SWIP’s in-house property expertise with in-depth, bottom-up stock analysis and valuation stock picking from SWIP’s UK and European equity teams.
