At SWIP, we believe that the investment world is ultimately logical and over the long-term any asset, or group of assets, will be priced based on its intrinsic worth. For each asset class, we define worth in a different way:
- Equities - the company’s future growth prospects.
- Fixed Income - our bond investment process reflects the differences between government and corporate bonds. For government bonds we focus on top-down or macroeconomic analysis.
- Real Estate - prospects of future rental growth and potential development opportunities.
