Nikki Humphrey
Nikki joined SWIP in November 2011 as Director of HR responsible for overseeing and implementing all aspects of HR within our business.
Prior to moving to SWIP, Nikki was the Head of HR for Central Functions in the Group Operations division within Lloyds Banking Group where she was responsible for the design and delivery of organisational integration and transformation. She has been with the Group since 2002 working in business facing Head of HR roles in Retail, IT & Operations and Group HR accountable for the development and implementation of HR strategies to enable the delivery of business plans.
Prior to joining Lloyds, she developed her HR career in the rail, food manufacturing and media industries from 1996 to 2002.
Nikki holds a BSc Hons degree in Psychology & Politics from Aston University. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).
