Our Sales & Marketing teams provide an outstanding service to existing clients, while also working to build new business and develop sales. By understanding the markets in which SWIP operates, they can then develop the kind of products that will attract and benefit the right kind of customers, and then take these products to market.
Business Operations
Our Business Operations division consists of a number of teams who provide the vital infrastructure for our business. For example, our Performance Measurement & Client Reporting team provides valuable performance analysis across all our actively managed assets. Our IT team is tasked with developing our IT strategy and the derivatives platform – a key factor in achieving our strategic business objectives. Investment Accounting and Investment Operations are two teams tasked with ensuring the completion of the investment process - trades, cash and verification of valuations/prices. The Corporate Development & Strategy team paves the way for the development of the business by crafting and delivering corporate initiatives and new products.
Legal, Risk and Compliance
In an industry governed by a myriad of regulations and standards, teams within our Legal, Risk and Compliance division have a key role to play. Our Compliance team ensures that every area of our business works to industry best practice standards while our Legal team work to ensure our legal interests are always protected. Everyone at SWIP deals with some element of risk management in their day to day jobs, but we look to our Risk team to co-ordinate the management of risk across the business and provide invaluable guidance on where improvements can be made.
