Team working is key to our success and we actively foster effective relationships within and across teams. We aim to have a wholly cohesive approach across all divisions in designing, marketing and managing our investment products. We have a reasonably flat organisation structure where individuals are empowered to make decisions and can develop a range of skills. Open communication is actively encouraged.
We have an annual company teambuilding event in addition to divisional events. Those who enjoy socialising with their work colleagues will find that there is the opportunity to take part in a variety of social events. As part of the Scottish Widows group we have access to a wide range of social activities.
