Liquidity
Changes made to the Trust in 2010 have allowed the manager to add a wider choice of asset types to increase liquidity for clients. Property related equities and bonds have been added to the Trust along with derivatives introducing a greater level of liquidity while offering the potential for returns in excess of cash.
