Stephen Corr
Stephen is an investment director on the global equities team. Stephen is responsible for managing selected global and EAFE/ACWI ex US funds. For stock research he covers the global industrial sector.
Stephen joined SWIP in March 2011. Previously he was a portfolio manager for the Blackrock EAFE Institutional Team, managing approximately $1bn for segregated accounts. Stephen joined Blackrock in April 2001 and spent all ten years of his career focusing on EAFE and ACWI mandates. In addition to his portfolio management responsibilities, Stephen was responsible for researching global material stocks. Stephen started his career on the Franklin Resources (then Franklin Templeton) Management Trainee Program, coordinated out of the San Mateo, California office. Stephen spent two years in a number of front office roles before eventually taking a job in the Edinburgh office.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Dublin City University, and is a CFA Charter holder.
