Equities

SWIP are active fund managers that aim to create value for our clients through our thorough research discipline and our fund management expertise. This combination has succeeded in making us one of the largest fund managers in Europe(1) with, currently, $213.29bn*(2) under management.

Our equity investment desks are organized into two sections:

International equities – a team of 22 investment professionals managing $22.98bn*(2) investing in a variety of strategies including Global, North American, Japanese, EAFE and emerging markets that offer diverse risk/return profiles.

UK equities – a team of 11 investment professionals managing $49.12bn*(2) offering a choice of core investment strategies, high alpha strategies and our unconstrained portfolios. Our aim is to provide a solution to meet your UK equity needs.

Fixed income

We have a comprehensive range of fixed income products, including corporate, government and high yield bond funds. In total, we manage bonds worth over $71.03bn*(2) in fixed income assets and offer a range of fixed interest strategies with different risk/return profiles to suit a variety of client needs.

We manage approaching $12.66bn*(2) of assets in real estate across the UK, Europe and North America. We can provide several real estate investment strategies to meet client requirements, from investing in direct commercial real estate to indirect investment through property shares listed on major stock exchanges.

Cash

We regard the effective and efficient management of our clients’ cash as a core strength. As a result, we have built up one of Europe's largest liquidity funds(3). In total, we manage cash assets worth more than $41.58bn*(2) for a variety of clients including corporates, pension funds, local government organisations, universities and insurance companies.

We have been managing specialist cash mandates for over 17 years and have a highly experienced team dedicated to the asset class.
